He might have some good points buried in his monologging, but he’s still flawed and often getting caught up in symbolism too much for his own good

I always thought that the vault experiments were more for learning how to control the appocalyptic wasteland rather than for any sort of profit. Sure they planned to drop bombs on everyone but I think even they themselves underestimated the destruction the nuclear option would do. Take the overseer of Vault 111 in Fallout 4. Through various messages in his computer, he thought his job would be to just freeze people once the bomb drops then wait for vault tec to clear them out like it would be easy for them to just clear out nuclear radiation like it was nothing.

Vault Tec being responsible for the end of the world was a fan theory for years. I like that they took that and used it as the catalyst in a good way and not in a placative way.
